I had my interview on Sep 22nd, and they asked me for my son's CRBA which we haven't at that time, so my fiance came back to Peru, and last Tuesday we went to the Embassy, and they approved it, so on November 8th they will be delivering it! And all I have to do is send a copy back to them along with my yellow slip and I'll get my approval!!! I'm beyond happy!!! :dance: :dance: :dance:

10-24-2012: AOS, EAD, AP Sent

11-04-2012: NOA1 AOS, EAD, AP

11-06-2012: Biometrics App Letter

11-16-2012: My baby boy was born

11-19-2012: Biometrics Appointment

12-29-2012: AP Approved

01-04-2013: EAD Approved

01-10-2013: Combo Card Arrived

Just to keep a few other knuckleheads LIKE MYSELF straight, I think it would be more accurate to say, you got approval on July 18 and will be getting THE VISA on Nov 8. Si?

12/05/2011...........RFE received.

12/13/2011...........RFE response sent.

12/16/2011...........RFE RESPONSE received by Vermont S.C.

12/22/2011...........Teased by a text-message from uscis, saying they have received my response to the RFE.

12/30/2011...........LA VISA APROVADOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

01/12/2012...........Case Sent To Bogota Colombia, from the National Visa Center.

02/09/2012...........Schedule Interview.

03/23/2012...........Interview (to take place then)!

04/07/2012...........Arrived in USA.

07/01/2012...........MARRIED!

What next?

.......How the days DO slip away!
