Fees before packet 3 in Egypt

I'm currently preparing my documents for packet 3 to send them to the embassy in Egypt. My visa category is IR1.

Does any one know how much to pay at the CIB before sending the packet?

Thanks. I read that before. I find it weird to pay only 790 at the CIB and then pay the rest at the embassy. It makes more sense to pay all of it at either the CIB or the embassy so I thought to check.

When did any of this process make sense? That's the amount they tell you to pay when you call the embassy and that's the amount at CIB. It's all a confusing mess of money, money, money

Another question, do I take the medical exam and send the results with packet 3 or send packet 3 without medical and take it right before the interview? I see some people take it right before the interview but packet 3 should be sent out with the unopened medical report. It makes more sense to take it before the interview because of the 6 month limit on TB portion of the exam but I'm afraid they send it back to me for missing the medical report. What do u think?
