NBI with A.K.A.???

Hello Everyone here who's aware of NBI Clearance with A.K. A? they said it is required to have A.K.A on our updated NBI Clearance...i am confuse about that.

if u used other names u need that. well with my case tho since it was like NBI was having problem knowing what the US embassy really need..and how to do the clearances when a person is annulled, what I did was applied for two clearance..one with my previous married name and the one with the name being single

Yes. That usually happens if your previous marriage was annulled. Your married name going back to the maiden name if the annulment is already finalized.

What if in the case of legitimation under subsequent marriage of parents? Where an annotation of legitimation is noted in my NSO BC wherein my family name first was my mother's maiden family name, then when i was 2 yrs old, it was subsequently changed to my father's family name now.

I haven't used my mother's maiden family name as my family name eversince... Should i get an nbi clearance with this as my aka even though i haven't used the name?

Please help!
