case cr1 sending back to uscis club

we used to meet here in different stages support each other ,now im in different stage as my case sending back to uscis as the consular doesnt convince with reltionship true/valid so if anyone in same boat pls lets support each othere here ......my interview was in august ,me and my kids for my american citzen husband ,she asked for additional documents and we sent her and wait,we contaced the embassy later and they replied us that case is in AP over than 2 months

in october 4 i got my passport back with letter saying that my case back to uscis for final decsion because of A/M reason and they kept my kids passports just was shocked me and my husband ,in anyway they said in the letter that they will not take any action for my case till they get uscis final decsion ,pls if anyone in same position lets share and support and if anyone also passed with same experience share us 2 .....thank u in advance

how long have you been married? how long have you known this man? When you say "kids" how many kids do you have with him? How old are your children? Are these his kids? Did you file dcf? You will have to wait until it goes back to uscis for review and they will be looking closely at your petition and the reasons that they were given. They can either reaffirm it and send it back to embassy where the consular will then make a decision or they can deny it. Try to research here on vj other cases similar to yours but it seems little confusing to me that you are married to this guy and you have "kids" together and they doubt the bonafides, are we missing something?
