wanna ask about I-130 form and other requirements for USCIS ,,

do we need to file it to uscis original or photocopy only?

JAN 30th 2012-- CHARLES US PASSPORT AND CRBA CERTIFICATE.......
MAY-09- 2012-= CHARLES SSN CaRD

OCT /13 / 2012 -- sent from I-130 via(express mail)

OCT /15 / 2012--- picked up delivery to uscis

OCT / 16/ 2012--noa1 no txt/ no email PD

OCT /17 /2012-- recieved notice from the mail.

DEC /17 / 2012--- APPROVED NOA2

DEC / 22 / 2012-- recieved Hardcopy of Noa2

JAN/ 05/ 2013-- Recieved our papers to NVC

feb 11 2013__ paid aos

april 15 2013-- paid iv bill

aug 29,2013-AOS AND IV PACKET recieved nvc sept 3 2013

sept 6 2013 sent via email ds260

sep 27 2013 2tNVC- got email checklist

NOV 16 2013 sent nvc checklist document fedex istimate friday will recieve to nvc

nov 25 2013--nvc review our docs. waiting for cc

dec 6 2013 -- nvc email got 2nd checklist but case complete.

dec 13 2013-- got P4

dec 19 and 20-- passed medical

JAN 2, 2014 INTERVIEW DATE

It is okey to submit a photocopy of your marriage certificate, birth certificate, copy of passport, etc....But your both Biographic Sheet (you and your spouse) must be and have an original signature as well as the I-130 form itself.

01/06/2017 - Mailed Petition to Arizona Lockbox via USPS certified mail - Paid: $4 and change

01/09//2017 - Petition was received (Priority Date)

01/16/2017 - Received  text and email notification that case was accepted and routed to Texas Service Center

01/20//2017 - Received NOA1 in the mail (Form I-179c)

Yes it is photocopy and make sure have 2 copies of all docs and form u send in uscis. And during NVC it should be original copy all docs u going to send

PHOTOCOPIES!!!! Send only photocopies with the I-130. Never, ever, send originals with the I-130.

what i mean 2 copies bc both participants should have copies each of form and docs they send in USCIS.but only 1 copies they going to send in uscis and its should be photocopy .like BR.MC. and other proof of evidence.
