Hello Eveveryone ;there is question that always cross my Mind and still did not find the answer !! Where is the decission is taken about The visa ? In The ambassy or In The Uscis? What criterion they folllow to aprove your Visa .Because honestly i do not understand anything.I knwo friend who was aprroved in K1 they do not read his chat or emails or phone call only thing they look at is his Pictures and few questions then they told him Congratulation !!!

your petition should be first approved at the Uscis then when its approved they send it to the embassy to interview.the embassy have the final decision to approve ur visa or not.

I know the petition should be aprroved in uscis ;But many are in lost who take the decission about The visa if The ambassy or its already done iN Uscis ..Why i say this some they look at their chat emails phone calls evrything is ok because if nto they will not be approved in uscis i mean their Petition.so Again why some theyr look at their chat email phone call pictures ;and lot of question and spend mor than 45 minutes ;in the case of My friend only thing they did is look at his pictures and ask few minutes about 10 minutes then aprroved and got Visa in same day?!!!

approving the petition doesnt mean that ur visa would be approved.the consular at the embassy have the final decision . he has to be convinced that your relationship is real and not just to immigrate.if he suspect that ur relationship is not real.they ll start to ask too many questions about ur fiance or wife.if u have enough proof u ll fine.

If the embassy has any reason to doubt the relationship is real then I believe they will look at more evidence. If the checks at uscis and embassy show that you have daily contact with your love then they have reason to believe that this relationship is real. But, no one really knows what goes on in the minds of the Counselor officer who does the interview at the embassy. You could have all the proof in the world and if the CO suspects a weak relationship then they have the right to deny.

I thank you first about your respondse first ;i will say again i know all that i explain be aprroved means the petition is ok if no they will deneied it.So how they can know if your elationship is serious or not i gave you example about my friend they did not look at any of emails or chat or phone call ;i know trought those they can see if they lvoe each otehr or no.but what my freind said is teh first thinsg they did is took his passport and make it in postion that means already he had his visa .plus they did nto read any of proof only Pictures as i said before .Somethign let me think is they care lot about how you look like ?

Do you know they pay people to listen to your phone calls or read your emails. They have ways of verifying how often you actual speak to your partner. The way you look is important to show you are serious and you believe the interview is serious but they are looking for TRUE relationships. They want to see that you speak to each other, visit each other, write each other. If you do not communicate with you partner then they will never give you a visa. Communication is the PROOF they are looking for. And they already know if you communicate before you come to the interview.

I am starting to feel like you are trying to get information on how to pass an interview.

If you had a true relationship then I do not think you would ask these questions. And maybe you would edit your timeline if you had nothing to hide. Good luck

I do not have anything to hide ;my relationship is more than serious .when u see younegr man who is 23 with woman who is 54 and got aprrved ;what teh first queston come in your mind how come ;i ahd nothign against diffrence age but have 32 yrs s difference is really much ,just i saaw its not important that i show my time .this action is belong to me ;as on here just chnage advices and points of view .if there is machine can show to them how i love her and she loves me i do not think i will any probleme to proove that to them.
