Hi Everyone,

New to this forum....my husband (canadian citizen) and I applied via uscis while i was residing in the usa and he was working in Dubai (where we have lived for the past 4 years prior to my arrival back to the usa). We have been approved throughout the entire process and are awaiting our DS-260 to be sent via the NVC in the coming 20days. They will send it to the Montreal embassy since we moved my husband back to Canada to wait this out (was taking WAY too long). So my questions...has anyone dealt with Montreal for the K-3 visa, not the K-1 visa...and what has been the approximate wait time for the interview??

We called Montreal today and the customer service rep seems to only know information regarding the K-1 visa interview times (which seem to be nonexistant since they do not have any visas from the usa to give out).

Any information would be grateful.

Thanks

Shouldn't you ask this in the Canada section ? Probably get better answers there.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
