Hi! I am new here - need to clear up my situation.

Filed I-140, I-485 and EAD. 7 months passed - nothing. Called to Vermont center 2 month ago - nothing.

Filed in MD state - currently live in CA. All letters from USCIS are coming to my fried address.

Went to MD local office thru infopass - they told me everything on hold including I-140… "There is nothing we can do... Sorry. You can try to write them a letter"

Well I am confused and scared. Does anybody know what to do?

THANKS

Filed AOS and EAD (I-765) and why you filed that I-140? Are you trying to petition an alien worker abroad? And if you are now residing in a diffirent address send a R-11 to notify the USCIS.

Exactly - I am here thru L1B visa - Multi-national Executive or manger status......

Still EAD is not supposed to take 7 months. Right?

Got your NOA? Call the NSC about your application. Yes, EAD won't take 7 months.
