Case transferring from Cyprus to Lagos

Does anyone know how long it takes to get an interview in Lagos in a case which has been transferred from another embassy to Lagos? secondly, seeing that we have already had an interview and paid visa fees at the embassy in Cyprus including medicals, do we still need to do all that in Lagos and submit all the initial documents and proofs that we have already done in Cyprus? Is there a way that the embassy in Cyprus could write to the embassy in Lagos informing them that we have done all these requirements before. And most importantly, is there any way to make this process any faster? we are going to write to the both embassies in the morning about these questions and get more clarifications but first we would appreciate your thoughts and responses. Thank you.
