CSC fax number not working...

Last week I called the customer service number and requested expedited processing for my I-130 application. I was told I'd get an answer back within 5 days. A few hours later I received an email which basically stated they didn't have enough information to make a decision and that I should send over a letter along with supporting documents explaining my emergent situation.

Long story short, the email contained a fax number where I could send my letter/supperting docments. However, this fax number doesn't work.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? What do you suggest? I tried calling customer service again but I can't get through to them...

CSC is CLOSED today all offices are closed for holidays. This is probably why the fax and number are not working!

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
