o.k so my story is that my fiancee came to chicago on a k1 visa. we married on sept 23rd. her i94 expires on oct. 20. now my question is if anyone has ever had a problem where the AOS is filed a couple of days before I94 expires??? does she have to go back to mexico if they receive her AOS application after the 90 days?

The Marriage must happen before her I-94 expires but AOS can be filed after it's expired.

Actually even the Marriage can happen after the I-94 expires but then you'd need to file an I-130 along with the AOS packet as she couldn't adjust Status based on the K-1.
