k1 visa police report

My fiancee will be in Indonesia when I filed for the k1 visa. She has lived in Hong kong for 6 years. How do I get the police report from Hong Kong? I read online that I may be able to do it from Indonesia police station, but how does the process works and how long will it take? When I called Hong Kong, they said they will send police report only to the embassy in indonesia, but that means when my fiancee goes for the interview, she wont have police report with her, is that a problem? will the interviewer already have her police report when she goes to jakarta for the interview? How does that work and how long will process take? And if i pay the indonesian police station for the report, will they send money to hong kong? can indo police be trusted in this matter?

I'm living in Indonesia as regulation says that there is no fee for make a police certificate. Some people paid for it but be careful when they know that your fiancee need it for K-1, especially if they know she would going to marry westener. They would ask her to paid more. Unfortunately, some Indonesian police officers really awful..
