Hi,

I have a quick question. We sent all the paperwork for CR1 & CR2 in June, NOA 1 date for both was 7th June. We received NOA 2 for myself on the 7th October but my sons petition is still in initial review.

My question is what do we do now? Do we wait and see if his is done in the next few weeks? or can my OH call them before the 5 month mark?

Thanks for any help you can give

Give it a couple of days, but the petitions should be travelling together so it is ok to call even though it is early. If you son's petition is delayed for some reason, you can always slow yours down a bit at NVC to allow his to catch up so to speak.
