hi guys!!

its been a long time since i had to deal with the us government!! so im a little rusty

firsty, Part 5 -information about your children

i have 2 step daughters and 1 biological son born 2 months ago!! 1)do i list all three of them on my form? 2) just my son? or 3)is it just for children who need their restrictions lifted?

secondly,

i have lived at two adresses since i was granted my resident card

so, do i just attach a seperate piece of A4 peper with my alien # and which part i am answering! but then put my two adresses i have lived at on it, or just my previous address, since my current address is on the form!>??

thank you

Colin

A green card holder is required by law to update their address with USCIS everytime they move. The USC also has a form to fill out for change of address.

When we moved we saved copys of the updated address forms. Included them with AOS and put the new address on the ROC forms.
