hello everybody!

I need help. I am brasilian but when we send the IF-129 I was living in Italy. We received our NOA2 on September 20. Today NVC sent me an email with a NPL # (consulate in Naples), but I'm leaving Italy on friday. I'm going back to Brazil. What should I do to make my case go to the consulate in Rio de Janeiro?

1, contact the Naples embassy and ask them to transfer your case to Brazil because you are moving.

2, contact the embassy in Brazil and tell them you want your case moved from Naples to Brazil because you are moving back to Brazil.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

You need to act fast, as the switching process can take some time and you don't want to leave it for the last minute. If you leave the country before its resolved try sending them a email.
