For K1/K2, should be divorced, single or widowed.

You could correct me (I don't know if you're the petitioner but if you're the beneficiary and asking about the Philippine Law..), your ex married you while still married to someone else. Now that your previous "marriage" was cleared, YOU ARE SINGLE now.

Separated is for people that are really married, just want to be legally separated but they are not allowed to marry.

Annulled means the marriage is void from the beginning. So it should be single.

If you will put divorce, you have to produce a divorce decree.

In this case, instead of providing CENOMAR, you need a Marriage Certificate with annotations from NSO and the decision and finality of the annulment.

Female applicants with legally terminated or annulled marriage must tick Single (Never Married) on Item 17.

However, they must explain to the interviewing officer the history of their previous marriage.
