Is there a certain amount that has to be in your bank account when filing affidavit of support I-134 if your income exceeds the poverty level?

My mother's (co-sponsor) annual income is $60K and has only $3K in her savings account. I on the other hand make $10K/yr and have $10K in savings account.

Will this be a problem?

No it won't cause a problem. The I-134 is more of a proforma thing anyway, but the rule is $3 in assets = $1 in income so $10k in savings would be like an additional $3k in income for you. Having a high income and low savings isn't a problem at all ($3k in savings isn't really low though). I think I had about $400 in checking and less in savings when I sent my I-864 in but my income is high enough it isn't a problem. They are looking more at ongoing cash flow than your ability to save money in and of itself.
