hi guys,

i will give you 3 suggestions and please tell me what is the right one :

in the form I-130, the last question is for the petitioner which he should sign it, BUT :

the question "E" which is before the last one of the form, it says : signature of person preparing this form if other than the petitioner... what shall the petitioner write :

Suggestion N 1 : N/A

Suggestion N 2 : NONE

Suggestion N 3 : we can just leave it and don't write anything

so what shall the petitioner write ? ... with knowledge that the petitioner prepared this form alone without help of lawyer or else.

thanks guys for your help

You can leave it blank or put N/A. I'd opt for N/A because I'd never want an RFE for leaving something blank.

Most people will tell you either option 1 or 2, however I left it blank, and it was accepted. So uh.. Suggestion N 4: however you feel comfortable answering? :P
