My husband arrived July 23, and we were married Aug. 12. He has a temporary employment authorization for this 90 day period until October 21, and we are just now applying for AOS and EAD...HEY money is the ISSUE! SOOOO, do we put on Line 16 where it asks for your eligibility category on the I-765 (A) (6) or © (9)????? I'm really confused about this and I want to do it right. What is the difference between these two categories? I'm thinking the A-6 is for filing if you don't have a temporary permit and you want to work fast and since we are married now and filing the AOS with the EAD, we should put C-9?? Or am I stupid and have it all backwards?
