How to speak to Level 2 Officer?

Hi,

like a few members, Ive had my interview, passed with recommendation for approval to

supervisor but no answer from USCIS by mail in a week;

I read some people called and spoke with Level 2 officer and they were told the Oath date;

What is a level 2 officer? how to get to them? should i call the 1-800 #?

pls advice

I think a week is kind of early to start getting worried!

However, all you do is call the regular 800 number and when you talk to someone you ask for a 2nd tier officer.

They usually try and give you the run-around, you need to be persistent!
