After emailing Frankfurt USCIS we were told by them that our I-130 had been approved on Sept 8 and that we were now in Administrative Processing. It's been more than 2 weeks since them and still no word. Does anyone know how long AP typically takes in Frankfurt? I'm the only person with my name in the US, my immediate family is the only one in the US with my last name, and I've already had background checks before from working at national labs. From checking online there is only one family with my wife's maiden last name in the US (she's from Moldova). Neither of our names should bring up any flags. Does anyone know why it would be taking so long? Does anyone have suggestions on how to speed things up?
