My fiancee is in hong kong right now on worker's visa. She wants to go to macau. I want to apply for the k1 visa fiancee visa for her.. Can anyone give me any advise about bringing someone from macau? I know macau and hong kong uses same embassy for the interview. What about the police report? Do she need 2, one from hong kong and one from macau, or are they both the same... Also, can anyone recommend a good lawyer to help me start the process. I am from New Jersey usa. I read about Allan Lolly law firm. Does anyone here have any experience dealing with macau or hong kong.

2nd Question: After she comes here to usa, Beside getting married, what is the first thing she should do? I mean, do she apply for social security card first or just get married fast? I want to put her on my health insurance, how soon can I put her on my health insurance? what would she need for me to put her on my health plan.

You have to talk to your health insurance company to find out what you need to do so she can be on your plan.

Most require marriage and SSN to be added to the plan.

After entry you have to wait 2 weeks to apply for SSN, in the mean time get married then go apply for SSN. Get the AOS package together and send it off ASAP.
