Hi guys

Im new to this forum but I have a huge problem

My husband and I working on my waiver it will be submitted to Vienna in Dec.

After reading and searching Im afraid I don't have a very strong case to prove hardship.

we will include hes medical problem ( "too bad" nothing serious)

Our fertility battle (fault is on my end)

House, bills, family his work, doesn't speak language.

How many pics we should use?

Im freaking out that my waiver will be denied.

Did anyone was approved by Vienna recently?

Thank you.

they are changing the procedures, watch the USCIS website for updates, they might require lock box filing in the states by then.

The waivers are approved / denied based on an aggregate hardship and then if you reach the hardship standard then discretion is exercised if they feel the case merits it.

What is the reason your needing a waiver, and what country are you from?
