Hi to everone, i have one question for all during last 6 years i asked for B2 visa 4 time and i was refused all the times, but i think between me and the "travel agent" who filled my Apllication DS-156 was one misunderstanding in Aplliqation DS-156 in question 31. Have you ever been refused a USA visa? she put all times NO, cuz i thought am i before use the visa (my english was so bad till now i m engage to USA Citizen) . So the question is would it be any problem now with my approval K-1 fiance visa, does it seems like i was hide something or misrepresent under section 212 a 6ci , cuz i wasn't hide i knew that i was at the same consulate all the time, how could i hide something like that? Can someone help me , give me some advice? Please, Thank you!
