Yes. The ticketing office will ask your CFO, passport, and visa.

I inquired 3 offices today and the cheapest so far is $689 (All-in) from Clark - Incheon - SFO. (Last week it was $644 :o ).

Layover in Incheon Korea, City tour or Hotel Accommodation included.
