Do any airline employees know how to answer question 35 on the DS-230?

For the past 25 years my wife has made thousands of visits to the U.S. as airline crew and for vacation.

What would be the best way to answer the question without getting an RFE? Should we just include the past 2-3 years? Should we guess at all the dates going back 25 years? Or should we include the past year of visits and write a paragraph explaining the circumstances?

Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

I didn't have problems with this particular questions as the airline I worked for didn't fly into the States, however, on another question that asked all of the countries I have visited in the past 10 years I had similar issues to what you are having. I just made a table on an additional page listed every country and every year I went to it as best I could. For certain destinations I just multiple entries and stated the year, I also wrote an explantation stating that I was a flight attendant and did not get my passport stamped every time I entered a country, so the dates and places listed where to the best of my knowledge and recollection.

Hope this helps

you will have to add a supplemtal page and put "see attached, question # etc." and explain about your job and how many years it is that you have been flying in and out of the states. If you can be specific in the most recent years, then that is probably good too. If you've been there for any longer periods for a vacation for example, try to list that also. Just do it in a conversational way and then list what dates you know you can list.

Hope this helps, but I am not an expert. I had to do something similar as I live near the border and have always gone to the u.s. for shopping, restaurants, etc. but I am not approved yet!

hope this helps!
