Hi,

My fiance will be having his K-1 interview next month. My question is on the New Delhi website, it states Do not send the documents to this office. You are required to submit the documents at the time of your interview But does this mean the paperwork needs to be submitted to the local VFS office a few days before the interview or actually at the interview? Please advise. Thank you

Did you get 221g for AOS document or for not submitting proof of relationship? These are two different things. Everyone I know who went thru this process showed wedding albums etc during the interview. All other required paperwork was submitted to VFS in advance. Please clarify.

The wedding DVD is useless. They will not view any tapes, dvd's or cd's. All evidence must be in paper format.
