thanks all, especially for the links. looks like the GCC and CFO sticker is what she needs. another added process. I should have thought about PH specific steps in this process before now so that's my bad. Doesn't seem like a huge deal, just another delay before buying her plane tkt. thanks again!

I just attended CFO seminar this morning...i paid 650.00 pesos it took me 2 hours. she's gonna learn a lot from the seminar. she better have her visa first before goin' to the seminar otherwise she will go back again for the sticker...it's time and money saving if you go there with visa already!if you're divorce ask her to bring the divorce decree with her and 3 photocopies of visa and passport. and also bring black ballpen! i went to good sheperd convent in quezon city.
