It seems I'm getting different answers for information we need to go back and get the CFO sticker after taking seminar last year.

Here are some answers I have found or been given. Whats your answer or vote?

So to get the stamp you will need:

1) your passport,

2) your visa,

3) the original CFO Certificate,

4) the CFO information form (filled again), you can print and fill it in advance from here: http://www.cfo.gov.ph/registrationform.pdf ,

5) P250 for the registration fee.

1.Xerox Copy of your Passport and Visa (Bring the Original)

2.Xerox Copy of Immigrant Visa Summary (it was Stapled in the Brown Envelope)

Note: DO NOT UN staple it

3.Xerox Copy of Your CFO CErtification

....................

Proceed to Counter I-A and present the following:

Original valid passport

Original and photocopy of visa

CFO Counseling Certificate; and

CFO official receipt

..................

1. Xerox Copy of your Passport and Visa (Bring the Original)

2. Xerox Copy of Immigrant Visa Summary (it was Stapled on the Brown Envelope)

Note: Do NOT un staple or remove visa summary from the brown envelope!!

3. Xerox Copy of Your CFO Certifications from seminar.

All she gonna do is show her CFO certificates, and she'll be given a paper to fill it out,

then have to submit it back to them, then they will affixed the sticker on her passport with her VISA on it.

might be it will take at least 10-15 minutes

2.Copy of Passport

3.Copy of Visa

4.Copy of personal data bio/data

..................

All the above?

A copy of the immigrant data sheet attached to the envelope that came with the passport/visa. (Don't take it off the envelops, just get a copy of it for the CFO)

My wife said it didn't take long to get the sticker. I think I helped her fill out the form & she got it printed & took it to the CFO office, paid the fee, showed her passport, visa, immigrant data sheet, gave the certificate from the seminar. They took all that and put the sticker in her passport.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
