Hello All,

I would really appreciate some advice on this issue:

I have the old (small) birth certificate that basically lists my name, date of birth, place of birth and parent's names.

My dad went to the office of the local govt in enugu where I was born to request for the long birth certificate that is required by the US embassy, but he was given another small birth certificate that was attached to a letter from the local government explaining that my birth was not registered when i was born, and so the certificate was just being issued.

it doesn't look right to me.

Can someone please put up a scanned copy of the right type of birth certificate to be submitted for the K1 visa? Or please describe in full detail and list every single piece of information that is stated on the document?

I would really appreciate any help.

Thanks!
