Having problems changing address online

Dear ones,

I'm trying to change my address online and I already filled out the application, so on the instructions says that there are certain things that you must fill in, but others not... so those others I don't have to fill in since I don't have a job or attend school, etc. then when I'm trying to click the "signature" button it says that I must fill in the rest of the stuff that I don't have to.

What to do?

Is there somebody around that has done this and was able to change the address successfully?

Could this be because I've been in the country less than 29 days? I mean today it's been 29 days.... should I wait until tomorrow?

Did your USC spouse move? If not, why are you doing a change of address?

If you guys did move from a different place than what was on your visa stuff. For the blocks that you have nothing for put "none" or "n/a" as it applies. Otherwise you can do it the paper way.

I'm already a permanent resident, just got here basically a month ago, but we moved already, now it says that I need to update my address and that I can do it online

It keeps asking me for the state and zip code of my employer and the date that my visa expires but I'm not working and my visa doesn't expire since I'm a resident... what to do?

You can call them to change I am sure.
