Our papers for IR1 are now in process at USCIS, If ever my schedule for interview will be on April 2012. Do I have to provide a Federal Tax return for Year 2011 during the interview? Thanks :)

The NVC process time is in 2011 and your interview is in 2012, then US Consulate may want to see your 2011 tax return but it need not be the factor in all cases - I think Consulate may want to see that only where the current income is on the borderline of the 125% level.

So don't woryy now and let's see when you get to the NVC process time when you will be submitting AOS packet.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

April 2012 is way too far sis. I'd still want to hope that our earliest possible interview will be January or Feb next year. hehe :) Im positive about it! Anyhow, just get ready with the current paystubs of your husband and the most current ITR. Goodluck!

Jan 30, 2012 - RFE/Checklist for I-864

Feb 01, 2012 - Mailed the IRS tax transcripts to NVC

Feb 03, 2012 - Case complete!!!

Mar 06, 2012 - Interview Date (Approved but 221g pending NBI with AKA)

Mar 26, 2012 - Issued VISA :)Thank you Lord!

Mar 30, 2012 - Visa Received!!! You are the best LORD!

I know sis... I hope it wont take forever for our case to be adjudicated whether in USCIS or NVC :) sis ber months na and I'm claiming a positive results for all of us :)
