Hello there..I have a question. is this ok if i will appoint my Mom in law as agent in DS 3032 since hubby will be deployed?

You can nominate anyone you like. Go ahead and nominate your MIL and send the DS-3032 email ASAP.

And also..Since hubby deploying and can't use phone what should i put?can i just put N/A?

You need to provide your MIL details (her telephone, email) in DS-3032 and not your husbands (except for the petitioner's name and date of birth). Use the link given below to prepare your DS-3032 email.

I just checked but I can put her tel and email because it is only applicable for petitioner.

The email format was designed thinking that all would be nominating their US spouses. Just fill your MIL information as shown below.

Petitioner's Name: <Petitioner's Name LAST FIRST MI>
