Hello,

So we recieved the medical exam results back (costs $300). I'm almost done assembling the packet but I'm missing the NOA2 for the I-130. What is this suppose to look like? I'm sure I have it but I'm just overlooking it.

Thanks,

Chris

it looks like this..

I130%20Approval.jpg

if you can't find it you need to file form I-824

Hello,

I save everything I get for the visa process, but I cannot find this document. I have looked through the whole entire house and nothing. When does this document come? I have the information from the National Visa Center (choice of agent) but I cannot find the NOA 2 for the I-130. It said it was mailed on February 15th. My question is, does this come to my home or my wife's home abroad? She did recieve a packet of information in the mail in Cameroon but was in America by that time on a K3.

Thanks,

Chris

You know what....

There may be no correct answer to this question since you had pending I129 and 130 apps pending simultaneously, and then ended up with a K3.

I'd submit your NOA2 that you got with your K1, and attach a cover letter to it explaining that you didn't get a NOA2 for your I-130 due to the circumstances and timeline.

If they won't buy it, then they'll just rfe the thing. In which case you'll have to go barking up a different tree.

(I'd chase down that package that went to your wife in the Cameroon though... that's where it's probably at).

Just my two cents.

Somebody knows what's going on in that thread there. :)

Chris,

My K3 wife did not submit the Approval Notice from either my I-129f petition (USCIS had probably never issued one) or my I-130 petition (it had not yet been approved). For evidence of eligibility she submitted a copy of the NVC notice that they had received my approved I-129f petition.

You can find a copy of an Approval Notice in the VJ Gallery.

Hello,

Thanks for all the replies. I'm going to get the application started and send the NVC approval as well. I'll order the I-130 NOA2. I just can't believe a copy of a piece of paper can be $200. Oh well. Again, thank you for the responses.
