hello everybody... i am new here and i know i can find the answer for my question.. here it is, my fiance will come here in Philippines and he's gonna be stay 50days with me. we planned for the K1 visa, that's why he is coming next month. we want to know if he can file the I129-f package from here(phils). so that the process will get started while he is here.

im hoping somebody can help us to know what should we do. God Bless you all!!!

Maybe he could get a lawyer from the US and send to him all the required documents. The lawyer will be the one sending the application. That might work!

Yes, your fiance can file abroad and the petition should be sent to USCIS Dallas Lockbox.
