Hi good day everyone i have a major problem my fiance and i we are getting married on october 2011 and he is getting his divorce in mexico, (foreign divorce ) he is a USC and his ex wife is deported 15 years ago and he is just filing it just now coz he never tought of getting married again. He lives in California and i live in the philippines as far as i know mexico divorce is not accepted or not valid in his state, and we are trying to get married here in the philippines. will we have any problem in getting the lieu certificate in the US embassy and are we going to have a problem once he will petition me. and how will we know if he divorce is valid? but divorcefast.com said that they are worldwide recognized pls..... help

$ 1,500.00 to get a Divorce and states could take months and thats only if both parties agree to disolve the previous marridge. Can you spell SCAM. Get Consultation from a Attourney and properly Divorce and then proceed with your Marridge. You won't stand a chance without a true Divorce Decree. I highly doubt divorce.com can attach a Seal and date to the document. I would also think as a Legal Contract there is No Guarantees. See a Attourney and don't play games. The wedding in October will have to wait because the date is unrealalistic. Sorry, just my thoughts but good luck tp you.

You may want to check the marriage rules in your country as well. Some countries require a specific amount of time in which a couple can re-marry after a divorce.
