Goodday toy everyone,

My sister is filling her forms for K1 visa, her partner is a USC and she is a British, on one of the forms it ask for her children which she has 1 with her partner( Child is a USC) and at the same time ask for accompannying children, she has listed her childs name on both sides but she is confused as to if she has not made a mistake and is she going to be paying for her filing fees and her child?

Pls help and thank you for your time

She lists the child on the first page where is says to list all your children.

If the child has a US passport already, then she does not list then on the To Join or To Follow sheet since they don't need a visa since they have a passport.

If the child does not have a US passport and if there is not enough time to apply and obtain one, then the child is listed on both sheets.
