So i got married on a K1 Visa within 90 days, and now i'm sending off AOS, EAD, and Advanced Parole.

For the EAD i-765 form question 16 asks for which area of eligibility i come into, and i'm confused.

is it:

Adjustment Applicant ©(9)

or

Non Immigrant Spouse (A)(9)
