Hi,

I am filling the I-824 for my two sons and also my wife's son and daughter, I thought filling two I-824 for my two son's and a separated one for my two stepchildren.

I called USCIS today to ask about the fee, they explained that it is per form, but it could give me further information.

I understand that in the form I824 section 3 has space for one dependent and give the option to add a sheet of paper with more information, what I assume it could be more dependents. If I add more dependents do I pay the fee per dependent added or the fee is per form independent of how many dependents will be on it?

Please help, since one of my kids is 19 y/o already and I need to file I824 as soon as possible. Thanks
