Don't know why...

Hello friends,

First of all, I wanna thank everybody who has been helping me out during this time. I've always got all the information I needed to know. So forgive me if I'm bugging somebody with my frustations.

Here's the thing... I called the NVC and they told us our package left to Spain on August 3rd. We checked out on DHL and our package was received by the Consulate on August 5th. What happened since then??? Nothing... Almost 3 weeks and still no sign of package 3... Why?? Nobody knows..

Tried to call the Embassy number(Toll number) and they say they're not allowed to give me that information. Tried email and still no answer...

What is even worse is that I talked to people whose case was received later than mine and they already got all the documentation form this Consulate.

Seriously, I don't know what to do or what to think... I've also called the Post Service and they don't have any record of the envelope. I know there're a lot of people waiting for this even longer, so it wouldn't be fair to stay here and complain all the time. But I'm just desperate. This part of the process should be the easiest, but it's been the hardest 'cause I don't know why this is taking so long. Any ideas? I'll try calling the DOS to see if they have any information.
