Hello Everyone!! Need some help from some of you!!

I got the answer from USPS, I used the "Priority mail service"

I mailed my response to:

US Department of Homeland Security

P.O. box 648004

Lees Summit, MO 64002

2 days after,USPS sent to me the following:

Delivered LEES SUMMIT MO 64081 08/19/11 4:37pm

As shown, there are different zip codes!

Q: Does the Zip Code 64081 also belong to the Department of Homeland Security? or this zip Code belongs to a unit of USPS at Lee´s Summit where rests my package? What should I do?

If somebody has the same case, please help me!

Thank you guys!

Your RFE went to the correct address.

It appears that 64002 may be a "dummy" ZIP code. Looking it up at USPS.com says:

> This is a UNIQUE ZIP Code used for a specific company or organization.

> The actual city in 64002 is...

> LEES SUMMIT, MO

> While it's not correct, some mailers mistakenly use this ZIP Code for

> HOMELAND NBC, MO

Where zip code 64081 is a "regular" ZIP code. I think 64081 is the "base" ZIP code for Lee's Summit, Missouri...the others are subordinate to it.

Care,

Bill
