Ok so we have paid the AOS AN IV bills both shown as paid, sending the packages overnight monday, now as this has gone fast we thought no point in asking again but our case was expedited at USCIS, how long roughly will we be looking at from this point now(providing theres no RFEs) till my hubbys interview in London?

well based on recent averages. I would say.... 2 weeks until CC, 5 weeks until interview.... so if all goes well expect an interview around 10th October maybe? who knows. Also depends on how busy they are.

Someone i know had CC end of july, and was assigned at interview date 1st week of august, and date was sept 23rd, It all varies :)

Total time from posting I-130 to VISA in hand 7 months 21 days :D
