Numerous RFES?

Hey All,

I was just wondering if anyone else had been experiencing numerous RFE's for items that were sent in the original package? I filed my AOS back in May (received June 2) and every single application has now come back with an RFE. That's the I-765, I-485, and I-131. I haven't gotten the letter yet for I-131 as it was just mailed today according to the status update, but I have a hunch that it's asking for something I already sent since I've checked, double checked, and TRIPLE checked everything I had sent in and it was everything required as per this site and the USCIS site.

The exact thing happened with my i-485 and employment doc, where they asked for the tax documents that i had originally gotten from the IRS (which is what they require) for my husband's proof he could support me. I also had to re-send his last 6 months of pay as well as his employment letter. ALL had been sent with the original packet.

Two questions on this:

1. Has anyone else who filed recently had these same issues? It's so bizarre to me that they can be so incompetent as to lose someone's documents.

2. Will this RFE reset the damn 90 day timer on the I-131? I sure hope not but am thinking that yes it will. If that's true I'm wondering if they're just bluffing on the missing docs to get extra time Kinda kidding on that but you never know...
