We have filed for our AOS, we had a ton of problems due to the uscis incompetency. First they said they mailed our application for travel but we never received it. We called them on the phone and they said it was mailed and somehow got lost in the mail and we would need to do a new form. Its never USCIS fault. Also we checked our case status on the internet and it said we have approved the green card on July 29 and have sent a letter in the mail and so far we have not received anything.

Is this normally how the USCIS works?

Also we are waiting for a decision on evidence we sent for our son on a K2. They ask us why we did not send the applications together when we originally did. This is so frustrating and the uscis takes no blame.
