Wife and childrens Green Cards on there way. After filling in April and receiving one RFE, no interview, they were approved July 26.

Once again many thanks to the people of VJ's. It was neat meeting some of you in the states and abroad. To the ones abroad I will see you again. This a great site and I really helped with the adjustment of status since I did it all myself , in retrospect it wasn't hard to do the paper work and recommend anyone could do it. Granted I hired a Lawyer for the K1, I have no regrets or second thoughts about how much it cost. She hears now and no one can send her back.

Adjustment for her and the kids were easy, she only had a few people from her village near but never really relied on them for support or a shoulder to cry on. She landed a good job in the nail industry in our town, it what she wanted to do and I didnt want to interfere in any way. Long hours but were both never home so we cherish every moment were together.

To all the people who are starting there journey or are having problems with there spouse after there arrival don't give up! Get to really know your loved one, It's hard to after just a few visits or even several before there Visa approval. Patience is the key, and everything else will fall int place.

all the best, Rich

The Buddha said "The more loving the more suffering"

By birth is not one an outcast,

By birth is not one a noble, but

By action is one an outcast,

By action is one a noble.
