getting drivers licence waiting for the interview

Hi. I came to the us under visa waiver programm and i applied foe AOS. i just got my NOA2 last week. And my interview is on next month. I was originally planning on getting mu drivers licence when i get mu EAD but i didnt it yet. Could i get drivers licence with my NOA2 or do i have to wait ? is there anyway that i can get drivers licence? help plz !

What you need to get a driver's license is dependent on what state you're in. Different states have different requirements.

PS. It would be awesome if you could fill in your timeline. :)

Married since 03/02/2011, AOS from F-1 visa, green card granted 05/24/2011.
