Hey guys!!

First of all, I want to say that these forums have been a MAJOR help in helping me get my paperwork done, etc...

Some basics... I arrived in the states when I was 8 years old on a tourist visa... We overstayed that visa. Wah.

I got married about 5 months ago and sent in 130, 485, and 765 about 3 months later (See timeline!)

Anyways... Just received a letter with an interview date set for the 7th of September (Brazil's independence day, go figure!) for AOS.

One thing that it mentions is:

Birth certificates for all children of this marriage, and custody paper for your children and spouse's children not living with you.

We do not have any children together, but he does have a child from a recent relationship that popped up a few months ago. (Long story short, ex-gf had no idea who the father was, and then tested the last possible guy, and it was him... fun.)

Do we need to bring any documentation on this child? He doesn't have custody, and the child does not reside with us. He just pays child support at the moment.
