hello everyone. i just want to asked if any of you ever experienced this? we had rfe june6. they received our reply june 27, as what it said on the case status in uscis website. "On June 27, 2011, we received your response to our request for evidence." Now it was changed to "On July 29, 2011, we received your response to our request for evidence." and we didnt receive an email for this which we did on June 27. My fiance called uscis thats why we knew about the new status, well status is the same but only with diff date. i think they mislead us, they changed the date so it will show that we are still within processing time. now im worried cz from the rfe letter said that our deadline for submission of the rfe was july 6, but now it says they received our response july 29. they might have reason to deny our petition :(
