Ok so i have a new job but havnt started yet, my fiancees interview is in 30 days and im worried i will have at most 1 or 2 pay stubs, will this be an issue. Also do i have to provide a letter stating my hourly wage if my paystub shows enough income because i feel kinda odd asking my new boss to write me this letter and explaining to him what im trying to do when i dont know the guy at all yet lol.

My Proposal to kristine!!! :)

What documents are you submitting with I134? Do you have a co-sponsor?

Are you submitting 2010 tax return?

If all you have new job and did not have sufficient income and no co-sponsor you have to get a letter.

Im submitting I-134 last 3 years tax returns of 24,000 per year and a bank statement showing 10K in savings. My new job is hourly but i will still make at least 24K a year based on 40 hours a week. Just in case im having my brother as a cosponsor hes filling out I-864 but i dont want to use him as a sponsor if i dont have to.

In this case I WOULD NOT use a co-sponsor. However, you DO want to have the letter from the employer. for sure.

Well she will take the Co Sponsor docs with her but will only give them if they are asked for!
