Chad--

You can log in to the site, call the AVR, or call and speak to a customer service rep--guess it depends on how much stress you feel how often you should check. We didn't fell a lot of pressure, but have to admit that we called the AVR as well as logged into the web site every day, and spoke with a customer service rep a couple of times a week, but we were having a problem, so needed to follow up regularly !!

Here is the web site--it is the same one used to pay the invoices

https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

And AVR is the automatic voice response--it is the same phone number as calling to speak to a human--just a different set of responses to the questions
